Who we are, our partners, and the record — the short version.
Yukta Garg Memorial Foundation was established in 2006 by Hemant and Arti Garg in memory of their daughter, Yukta, who died that summer at age six in a traffic accident near the Washington Township Recreation Center. The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Our mission is to support philanthropic activities and causes that benefit children in the Washington Township community. That work has included the Butterfly Playground at Countryside Park, the Yukta Garg New Talent Awards, and the annual Bollywood Gala that helps fund it all.
